Sleep at 0-3 months

Infants vary somewhat with regard to how much sleep they need in a given day. On average, you should expect your 0-3 month-old to sleep for about 14 hours a day. This should happen over 5 to 6 sleep periods. About 9.5 hours should be at night, 5.5 hours for naps.
