The Importance of Routines

The Importance of Routines

Routines are important to babies. Try to maintain feeding and sleep schedules for your baby. Routines like these will help your baby to feel more secure. This is especially important when infants are ill. However, remember that being flexible can be good for babies AND parents. Routines should be flexible enough to meet both you and your baby's needs.
