Dayspring Programs, Inc. works to improve the quality of life for families affected by substance abuse.
4 years and up.
housing, support services, 24-hour residential care for children whose parent is in substance abuse treatment, and Head Start programs.
Homeless families affected by substance abuse. Head of household must be 18 years of age or older. Head Start requirements include children age three and four and low income level of family.
The Program is located in East Baltimore and primarily serves East Baltimore residents; however families may come from any part of Baltimore City.
Sliding scale depending on income.
Depends on center. 7:30-5:30 or 24/7
