Description

The school's mission when founded was to help at-risk youth develop academically and in the employment skill areas. The school continues to stress these two areas and preparation for college. Job skills training and problem solving are emphasized in many of Harbor City's programs. Full-time job associates are on staff to help graduates obtain employment.

Services Provided

Harbor City has a three-trimester school year (60 days each) with a 20-day summer school. The school offers academic studies for 200 days. Harbor City offers an Afternoon Academy for credit studies in December, March, June, and July. The formal graduation is held the first week of June.
