Description

30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise on most, preferably all, days of the week can improve mood as well as fitness, even brisk walking that increases breathing and heart rate. You can exercising for at least 10 minutes at a time – the 30 minutes total does not need to be continuous. Mix it up.
