Description

Accomplishing a task helps you feel better about yourself. But it also changes your brain chemistry! The brain releases dopamine (“the happy hormone”), which makes you feel motivated and happy. So, when you plan and know you're going to accomplish something, you're in a position to feel good. Each milestone gives you another dopamine hit, making you want to keep going with the job.
