Description

A parent training and information center for families of children and youth with disabilities and special healthcare needs. A professional staff of 15 parents and 300 experienced parent-to-parent volunteers support families with a wide variety of programs and services throughout Arizona. Raising Special Kids offers training and direct assistance with special education, parent leadership developmental opportunties and training in family-centered care for professionals in medicine, education and social services. Information and workshops are available at no charge in English or Spanish. See website for additional information.
