AZ ASSIST - Autism Spectrum Support, Information & Strategies for Transition

Resource Type

Program

Description

Would you like to get together with other parents who are in the process of navigating their children's transition from high school to "adult life"? We are an informal group of parents who, through experience, are a wealth of information and eager to share and support each other through the process of our children growing up and away. Please join us and bring your experiences to share! Collectively, we can share information about services that are available through Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Security, Magellan Behavioral Health, Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center and high school transition planning in an IEP. Contact Debbie for additional information at azparentsupport@gmail.com or Cinder at sandylioness@gmail.com.
