Description

TWIGS (To Work in Gaining Skills) is a Baltimore School for the Arts (BSA) community outreach program which offers free after-school arts instruction at the BSA to Baltimore City elementary and middle school students. Today, over 9,000 city children from pre-k - 8th grade and their families participate in an expanded outreach program series that includes TWIGS, TWIGS Satellite, School Performances, and Public Performances and Workshops.
