Description

During typical school hours, the TSD Summer Educational Program offers academic enrichment in a camp-like atmosphere. Certified Teachers lead the students in activities that focus on fun and include core concepts in math, literacy, social studies, and science. After school, the Residential Programs Staff offer a wealth of social opportunities for students. While participating in these programs, friendships are developed, self esteem is increased, knowledge is gained, and children experience age appropriate independence. Students can participate in the Student Life activities on campus as well as in Austin and the surrounding area. We are confident that students attending TSD's Summer Programs create lifelong memories of enriching social and educational experiences... not to mention, THEY JUST PLAIN HAVE FUN!
