Program
The Trinity Swim Camps are designed to develop proper swimming techniques and efficiency in boys and girls ages 9 to 18. Sessions are tailored to be highly instructive, challenging and fun.

Offers daily training on dry land and in the pool. Training includes core strength and balance, increase intensity, and combination of strength and plyometric training. Water sessions include pregression drills, additional yardage, full stroke and turns, and starts. Staff includes Stan Tinkham (former head coach of the US Olympic Team), Scott Gainey (director of Trinitiy Aquatics Clinics), Peter Karl, and Matt Marchant.
Located in Trinity Washington University in Washington DC
Overnight $650 and Day $500 for 1 week session.
