Operates home delivered meal service of hot dinner & cold supper for elderly, people with disabilities, and convalescent persons unable to shop or prepare meals for themselves. Provides a Grocery Shopping & Delivery Program for its home delivered meal clients. Fees are based on a sliding scale, food stamps accepted.

Delivery of two nutritious meals (one hot and one cold), Monday through Friday, between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., including holidays that fall during the week. A visit with a friendly, caring Meals on Wheels volunteer, who not only delivers the meals but also spends a few minutes talking with each client, providing important social contact and a link to the community. Weekend (Saturday) meals are available to clients who meet special criteria. Additional support services are available to clients of the home delivered meal program. Once on service, clients may make any changes to their meal delivery service (e.g.,one day's cancellation, temporary or permanent cancellation, or resuming service previously cancelled) by contacting their local Meals on Wheels office.
