Program
Provides services that focus on successful parenting through individualized intensive home visitation support to families of children from the prenatal stage through age 5. Initial contact must occur from the prenatal stage through two weeks following the birth. Services are voluntary and available to families in specific communities in Baltimore County.

Information and Referral Parent Education Crisis Intervention Advocacy Child development assessment Parent group meetings Specially trained Family Support Workers Intensive home visits, at least weekly, by the Family SupportWorker forming long-term relationships with each family. Comprehensive, collaborative approach, tailored to each individual family. Services avoid duplication of efforts by building onto existing service systems.
