HPHC provides various products and plans for its members, including HMO, POS, PPO, Best Buy POS and PPO, Best Buy HSA and PPO, First Seniority (A Medicare Plan), Nongroup (available to eligible individuals directly through Harvard Pilgrim). HPHC provides a network to find a doctor (and access to provider profiles), behavioral health specialists and facilities, and access to Fallon Clinic affiliates. Through HPHConnect, members can access their personal account to each benefit details of plan, status of medical claims, medication history, compare hospitals, look up typical medical costs, ect. Members can send questions to Ask a Specialist, access Web Librarian, ect. Members can also look up pharmacy information, including nearby locations, mail service programs, infertility pharmcy programs, specialty pharmacy programs, among other services.
Fees, charges, and documentation vary for HPHC programs depending on plan chosen, and benefit coverage.
