Experienced in acute and chronic pain management, stress management and relaxation therapy. She works with adolescents, adults, older adults, couples and families with concerns which include relationship issues, adjustment disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, stress, depression, aging, grief, bereavement, chronic illness, psychosomatic illness, phobias and terminal illness. She is also a registered Yoga teacher and offers individual and group Yoga lessons for stress management, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, anxiety, eating disorders.
