The Special Needs Library, established in 1986 as a branch of the Montgomery County Public Libraries, serves the information and reading needs of people with disabilities, family members, caretakers, students, and service providers. It is the cornerstone of the Montgomery County Public Libraries' commitment to serving people with disabilities.
