Program
Center provides educational and instructional resources for teachers and Baltimore County families. Equipped with materials and staff to assist parents, day-care providers, and community-based organizations with educational resources that support learning. Offers disability support, parent materials, home school liaison and an outreach library. Provides instructional materials and production equipment, lending library of instructional materials for Baltimore County Public School (BCPS) teachers, a Parent Information Center, and an Outreach Library for BCPS parents, programs/workshops, information and support to strengthen the informational programs for all Baltimore County students. Offers parent support in Special Education for parents of children with disabilities.
