Program
This lead-off swimming course, for children who possess Seahorse competency, stresses submerging, holding breath, deep water exploration, gliding independently and recovering, rhythmic breathing, finning, kicking, floating and retrieving objects. Students must swim 5 yards of front and back crawl to complete this level. Instructor ratio: 1:7
