Program
These clinics are a great way to concentrate on your weak strokes. Perform special drills designed for each stroke and get personalized instruction. Each clinic highlights two strokes and ample time will be allotted for repetition of each drill. Sign up for the clinic that focuses on the stroke you have difficulty with, or sign up for both to get well-rounded instruction. Instructors are swim team coaches and certified American Red Cross swim instructors.
