Program
This introduction to dance incorporates the components of creative movement and the fundamentals of dance ? including space, rhythm, flow and body awareness. Use your imagination as you work alone or share ideas with a group. Wear leotard and tights. Dancers must be toilet-trained. To help you make the most of your time, two sections coincide with another class.
