As part of a growing trend toward Islamic schooling in America, Aleem Academy was founded by a group of Muslim families in the Maryland area who sought an educational alternative for their children. Opening its doors in 2001, days after 9/11, AA experienced a 300% growth during its first 3 years. Principled in the AA mission of creating a lifelong quest for academic and religious knowledge, our challenging curriculum is designed to bring out your child's greatest potential while developing his/her spiritual and moral character. These goals are met through the small class size and individual attention as well as our dedicated and professional staff. For so many Muslim parents facing the challenge of obtaining quality education for their children while scheduling extracurricular time for religious training.
