Dr. Ulgur is a board certified General and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist who sees children, adolescents and adults. He specializes in the treatment of attention, developmental, anxiety, mood, and psychotic disorders in children and adolescents and in providing school-based mental health consultation to teachers, administrators, guidance counselors and psychologists. He developed school consultation programs for Anne Arundel, Baltimore, and Howard Counties. Dr. Ulgur is especially known for his work with complex cases of autistic spectrum and bipolar mood disorder.
