Description

This is a community-based program that provides therapeutic foster care services to children as an alternative to placement in a residential facility. Children served are those up to age 18 who may be mildly to moderately emotionally disturbed and whose behavior cannot be managed in a regular home but whose needs can best be met within a family setting.
