Provides therapy to persons with chronic mental illness who are homeless, in detention centers or elderly. Assists with medication management. Provides a mobile treatment team. Runs a psychiatric rehavilitation program. Provides addictions counseling and an outpatient clinic for dually diagnosed patients.
