Description

Program offers two residential facilities - one with 5 beds and one with 3 beds for medically fragile and technology dependent children between the ages of 0-12 years who are under the guardianchip of various Departments of Social Services. In these newly constructed single family homes, direct care and licensed staff attend to all of the children's needs. Goal is to offer a safe, permanent living arrangement for medically fragile children. Since long term care and family support are needed, secondary goal is to provide a safe living environment for each child as permanency is sought.
