Organization - Private, Non-Profit
Today, FSA is the oldest nonsectarian, nonprofit charitable social-services provider in San Francisco, offering comprehensive programs to help change the lives of vulnerable families and individuals, particularly disadvantaged children, at-risk teens, dependent and isolated seniors, and the mentally ill. We strive to promote healthy families and communities, provide safe and nurturing environments for children, support individual growth and well-being, and improve the quality of life for all San Franciscans. The success of our work depends on strong partnerships, and it's thanks to the support of the Bay Area's many generous individuals and businesses that FSA has continued to serve so many, so well, for so long.
