The Maryland Center for Attention and Developmental Disorders (MCADD) is a multidisciplinary assessment and treatment center serving children, adolescents and adults who are having difficulties with: Attention/ADHD Learning Development delays Poor school or job performance Autism and related problems MCADD Services Include: Comprehensive assessments including neuropsychological, learning, developmental and behavioral/emotional functioning and need for medication Family, group and individual therapy Medication management Informational/support groups for families Consultations with schools (IEP), medical professionals and therapists Tutoring and organizational strategies Inservices and workshops The MCADD assessment and treatment team includes psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and speech and language pathologists. Consultations are easily available with other University of Maryland Medicine specialists.
