Description

The Tehama County Health Partnership (TCHP) is a collaborative effort among various agencies, organizations, and concerned citizens. The Partnership brings together many disparate organizations. The Tehama County Health Services Agency (TCHSA), with all of its staff, programs, and resources, plays a main role, as does the Tehama County Probation Department. Other organizations, public and private, participate in Partnership activities. A main focus of the Health Partnership is to facilitate efficient delivery of preventive and support services to the community. By coordinating the resources of all the participating members and changing traditional systems of service delivery, the TCHP's effect on the community can be much greater than the individual effects of its parts. Service organizations such as Home Help for Hispanic Mothers, Rape Crisis Intervention, and the Family Service Agency, as well as many others, provide many preventive and support services to Tehama County residents.
