La Casa del Puente is a bilingual/bicultural transitional residential program in South Santa Clara County. This is an intensive four month program designed to meet the emotional, social, educational and vocational needs of people facing significant mental health problems that render them unable to live independently. Licensed adult residential treatment for the seriously mentally ill. Program includes board and treatment in groups with a psychiatrist.
