Turning Point Community Programs is a non-profit mental health agency providing psychiatric services, support and advocacy in Sacramento, Stanislaus, Merced and Yolo counties. Offering a path to mental health since 1976, Turning Point staff now works with close to 4,000 adults, children, and transitional age youth and families.
