Crisis Residential Treatment Progress Foundation provides four crisis residential treatment programs in San Francisco and one crisis residential treatment program in Napa County. These programs provide care equal to that received at a local or state acute psychiatric hospital, but in a community-oriented, non-institutional, homelike setting. The crisis programs are sometimes referred to locally in San Francisco as Acute Diversion Units or ADU's
