Learning Disabilities Association of Montgomery County, MD (LDAMC, Inc.) is an affiliate of LDA of America and LDA of Maryland. We are a volunteer, parent/professional organization established to support individuals with Learning Disabilities (including ADHD) and their families. Registered in the State of Maryland as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. All dues and contributions are tax-deductible. Our goals, creating greater awareness of learning disabilities and ADHD among parents, professionals and the general public. Improving education, employment and social opportunities for persons with learning disabilities. Educating parents and young adults for their role as advocate/self-advocate. Connecting parents and young adults with learning disabilities to community resources.
