"The Mom-O-Rama Workout is a half-hour program designed to include your older baby or toddler in most of the exercises. It starts with a five-minute aerobic warm-up without the kiddies (squats, grapevine, and such), then launches into V-steps and dips with baby on board. The difficulty of your workout depends much on the weight and squirminess of your child. Trainer Marianne Goulding and the two moms who produced this tape demonstrate the exercises with a variety of youngsters, going after the usual targets: abs, arms, and hamstrings.
