Its professionals, along with the individual, work together to develop a personalized plan targeting specific needs and preferences. The staff realize that independence and personal choices are the most valuable component of a full life. Therefore, Washington County Human Development Council provides a specialized and comprehensive range of services. its programs have expanded over the years and will continue to grow to meet both indivudal and community needs.
