Facilitates and coordinates community based planning of services for children and families that result in effective service coordination and maximizing of community resources. Collects and analyzes data about the status of children and families. Periodically publicizes such data in order to guide the nature of intervention strategies developed in the community. Serves as incubator for new program strategies and initiatives that are designed to support the county's families. Advocates for institutional and system changes. Identifies best practices, funding and other resource development opportunities.
