Description

Sleep Diagnostic and Technical Worksheet (DTW). Covers sleep hygiene and normal sleep of infants, toddlers, children and adolescents. Diagnosis, symptoms and management of sleep disorders including dyssomnias and protodyssomnias (difficulty falling asleep), insomnias (e.g., day/night reversals, delayed settling, circadian rhythm sleep disorder), hypersomnias (excessive daytime sleepiness), and parasomnias (e.g., nightmares, night terrors) are covered. Tools include sleep diary, chart of average sleep needs, and trigger questions to assess sleep issues and habits.
