Changing the sleep environment can really help with sleeplessness. For example, move the furniture around in your child's room. This will split up associations of the bedroom with sleeplessness. Or get rid of your child's bedroom clock. This will decrease their worrying about how late it is or how long it is taking to fall asleep.
