The mission of the Twilight Programs of the Baltimore City Public School System is to increase the opportunities for Baltimore City youth and residents to receive high school diplomas and enter the workforce with the skills needed for entry-level positions and for entry into post-secondary institutions.

Program Description: The Twilight Programs of the Baltimore City Public School System are after-school academic programs designed for overage and under-credentialed students to complete courses needed to receive their high school diploma. The programs are located in 16 high schools in Baltimore and are free to residents of Baltimore City. The programs serve students 15 years of age and older, who are enrolled in school, and those 17 and older whether enrolled in school or not. *Serves Non English Speaking Youth Program Locations: Public School Number: 40, 56, 70, 178, 401, 406, 411, 412, 413, 419, 450, 451, 456 Program Type: After-School, Year-Round, Summer Program
