Program
Guthrie Mainstream Services LLC is a group of experienced professionals dedicated to educating, enlightening, and enriching the lives of those they serve so well. We are contracted with the State of Arizona as a Qualified Vendor to provide Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to the Developmentally Delayed population as identified by DES/DDD. We provide HBCS services, attendant care, habilitation, and respite for children and Adults. We also offer facility-based programs for children, teens and adults. ADH Certified.
