"We operate a 24-hr crisis hotline, similar to a suicide hotline, however, our hotline encompasses much more. We service the greater Baltimore County community and assist individuals with connecting to services that will help them in their time of crisis. Our primary population is individuals with mental illness, but we also help with family conflicts, domestic violence, substance abuse, homelessness, and general telephone counseling to name a few. In addition to counseling on the phone, our volunteers serve as a triage to our other clinic services: Urgent Care Center counseling, and Mobile Crisis Teams."--From their Website
