Licensed by the Maryland Child Care Administration, Therapeutic Nursery is an Early Head Start Program that is designed specially for children under the age of three who are living with their parents in transitional living programs or homeless shelters in Baltimore City. The program focuses on mental health and fostering a strong child-parent relationship.
