Licensed by the Maryland Child Care Administration, Therapeutic Nursery is an Early Head Start Program that is designed specially for children under the age of three who are living with their parents in transitional living programs or homeless shelters in Baltimore City. The program focuses on mental health and fostering a strong child-parent relationship.

Childcare, field trips, recreational activities, mental health counseling, parent-child attachment training, nursing assessments, play therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, peer support groups, service coordination, transition services, training for young children and families that face multiple difficult circumstances (i.e. homelessness, poverty, substance abuse, etc.)
Children must be under three and living in a homeless shelter or transitional living center
