The Healthy Family/Healthy Start Program is designed to provide intervention and preventative services to high school students in the District.

Services Provided

Services include case management, career/vocational development and family planning. The primary focus of case management is on pregnant teens delivering healthy babies and reducing negative birth outcomes. Further, case managers assure that pregnant and parenting teens understand doctors' instructions, adolescents follow through with prenatal and post-partum care, developmental stages are explored, nutritional needs are met, and available services are coordinated.

Eligibility Requirements

Students in the Cleveland Municipal School District who are or will become parents
