Description

Camp Huntington is located in High Falls, New York in the Catskill Mountains. Specialized program to meet individual needs of the campers with the goal of promoting personal growth through scheduled therapeutic, recreational and educational activities. Horseback riding is available as an additional optional activity. Therapy in speech, OT and PT and private tutoring in reading, math, perceptual training are available for an additional fee.

Eligibility Requirements

Coed learning disabled, neurologically impaired, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), or mild to moderately mentally disabled applicants. Campers with severe behavior disorders are not eligible. Children must be between the ages of 7 and 15 to attend camp. There is a separate program available for ages 16 to adult. There is a new program for autistic individuals.
