We answer any questions you may have about being pregnant, delivering your baby or caring for your newborn We refer you to health care providers and other services We provide family and parenting support We help arrange transportation We can accompany you to your doctor's appointments We support and visit you throughout your pregnancy

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the program you must: *Live in the City of Cleveland. *Be pregnant. *Have a pregnancy that is considered high risk. A number of criteria may qualify a woman as high risk. Examples include: being a teenager, having previously lost a child younger than one year, anemia, high blood pressure, receiving little or no prenatal care during the previous pregnancy, having two or more children between the ages of 1-3.
