Special needs camp for children with emotional and behavioral disorders. A safe, theraupetic and fun day for children, as well as weekly support groups for parents. Camp Attaway is a three week summer day camp program for children with emotional and behavioral disorders. Held in Columbia, MD, in collaboration with Howard County Recreation and Parks, the Camp offers a variety of activities designed to ensure a safe, therapeutic, and most importantly, a FUN day for children, as well as a weekly support and education group for their parents. Activities include: swimming, sports, learning games, rock climbing, arts & crafts, and drama. A 2:1 ratio of campers to staff is maintained at all times.

Camp Attaway is firmly commited to meeting the needs of children and families regardless of their ability to pay for the program. Families who can afford to pay the full tuition of $1,900. All other families take advantage of our generous scholarship program which has made it possible for us to accept EVERY camper who is eligible.
