Program
Gerstell's program is cognitively, physically and creatively challenging. An integrated approach to subject matter allows teachers to build on concepts, present new ideas, and offer vitality and depth to our children's explorations. We recognize that students learn best under the guidance of creative and caring teachers who educate their students in a setting of small classes filled with active learners. Opportunities are provided to allow each child to experience the satisfaction of achievement and to build on success. Leadership Education permeates all levels of teaching, counseling and modeling. Students are introduced to the Guiding Principles as we provide the foundation for character building skills that will become integral to their lives. Children are challenged to lead, to make meaningful decisions, and to accept responsibility for their choices
