Program
Through the Health Start Program provides home visits to pregnant women who have no health insurance. Inspects and provides permits for restaurants, institutional kitchens, nursing homes, swimming pools, nursing homes, swimming pools, food processing plants, septic systems and wells. Investigates hazardous materials, air quality, solid waste, and rodent problems. Also operates an Infants and Toddlers program.
