Provides services to economically disadvantaged, dislocated workers, at-risk youth and employers. Service include drop-out recovery; youth employment and training; employment for parents receiving TCA (Project Independence); employment and training for parents who have been delinquent in child support (Absent Parent Program); technical assistance to businesses; job referrals; Job Corps recruitment and training; a one-stop career center; a welfare-to-work internship program; and business development. Volunteers, ages 14 and older, welcome.
