Residential Child Care Program

Program offers two residential facilities - one with 5 beds and one with 3 beds for medically fragile and technology dependent children between the ages of 0-12 years who are under the guardianchip of various Departments of Social Services. In these newly constructed single family homes, direct care and licensed staff attend to all of the children's needs. Goal is to offer a safe, permanent living arrangement for medically fragile children. Since long term care and family support are needed, secondary goal is to provide a safe living environment for each child as permanency is sought.

Anger Management, Art Therapy, Behavior Management, Beahvior Modification, Case Management, Couseling - Group, Family, Individual, Peer Support, Crisis Intervention - child, family, Dance therapy, dental services, education support services, gender specific programming, music therapy, occupational therapy, parent effectiveness training, parenting skills, recreation, respite care, and social works services

Eligibility Requirements

Medically fragile and technology dependent children ages 0-12 years old who are under guardenship of various Departments of Social Services; males and females from 0-12 years old
