Be sure to keep all cleaning products and other toxic household items out of your baby's reach. Put them on a high shelf or in secure cabinets with childproof latches.
Install gates at the top and the bottom of the stairs, and place safety devices on windows. A child should never be unsupervised or left to play in front of stairs or windows.
